From the press events this is what I have to say....
Microsoft and Sony did everything right. I don't think one thing was showed off from either camp that didn't peak my interest at least a little bit.
Nintendo was slightly underwhelming. Everything they showed looked good but nothing spectacular. I will say I'm very excited about Star Fox Zero.
No matter where your allegiances fall in the manufacturer battle, you should be happy with this year's E3 showing.
What really shook the world for me was obviously Shenmue 3. As someone how played through the first game when it came out as well as the second installment, I have always wanted the third game to be made. I was scared it would never see the light of day but I was really surprised.
This year was definitely all about the games themselves and that's the best thing that could have happened. I can't wait to see what else comes out of the show!
